Think of the treatment as a layer of microscopic, electrically charged swords.
Germs are attracted to the positively charged swords, punctured and blown apart. When you come into contact with the treated surface, the germs cannot transfer to your hands — and any germs on your hands are attracted to the swords and destroyed.
Simply maintaining regular cleaning practices cleans the dead cells off the swords and leaves them ready for the next kill.
